Star of Bethlehem is grateful to be able to host the services for your deceased love one. All Homegoing activities have been determined with the safety and healthy of all attendees as our top priority.
 

COVID PROTOCOLS:

Attendees who are Vaccinated are asked to show proof of vaccination upon arrival.

Individuals who are NOT vaccinated must bring proof of a Negative COVID test (within 24 hours) of the event.

Face Mask Required and social distancing encouraged.

All services will be streamed online on our church website.
 

What to Expect from Star

  • Check-in & COVID Screening prior to entry (Temp checks, contact tracing, etc…)
  • Mask will be provided for those who do not have one to wear while in the building. 
  • Welcomed, greeted, and seated by Hospitality Team at upon entry of the building.
  • Seating based on households and social distancing (6ft. apart and every other row). 
  • Sanitizer Stations and hygiene signs posted inside sanctuary, and throughout the building.
  • Screeners & Check-in will be available for the 30 min. before and 20 min. after the service has begun. 
  • Cleaning will be done during the day before based on CDC and NYS cleaning recommendations. 

What Star Expects from You

  • RSVP you and your family online at least 1 day prior to funeral. 
  • If you did not register online do not come to the funeral the day of. 
  • Immediate family members will have priority seating and entry.  
  • Arrive at the Church  30 minutes prior to the service to give time for the check in process. 
  • Bring and properly wear your mask or face covering at all times. Please cover your nose AND mouth when wearing your mask.
  • Practice social distancing by respecting the personal boundaries all attendees.
  • If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days, are feeling sick please join us online for attend the homegoing service. 
  • Please follow entry and exit instructions as given by signs and church leadership.
